Support

Most Teoria IE features work offline. These steps solve the common launch, progress and purchase issues without sharing learning data.

Restore a lifetime unlock

1. Confirm the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
2. Open Settings → Access.
3. Tap Restore Purchase and wait for Apple’s confirmation.
4. If Apple reports a billing or refund problem, use Apple’s Report a Problem service.

Questions do not load

1. Force-close and reopen Teoria IE.
2. Ensure iOS 17 or later is installed.
3. Install the latest Teoria IE update from the App Store.
4. If the problem remains, restart the iPhone. The bundled question bank does not require internet access.

Reset progress

Open Settings → Privacy & data → Reset learning progress. This permanently removes local attempts, scheduling, mock history, locally stored analytics and saved question reports. It does not reset used free Study/Mock allowances or remove the app, bundled questions or Apple purchase entitlement.

Report a question

Use the flag/report control in Study, Mock or Mock Review. In public version 1.0 the report is stored only on your device; no report backend is configured. Do not include personal or sensitive information in the optional note. A content correction will require the publisher contact shown on the App Store product page.

Before contacting the publisher

Have these details ready: Teoria IE version/build from Settings → About, iOS version, iPhone model, selected study language, exact question ID if relevant, and steps to reproduce. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or identity documents. Use the developer contact shown on Teoria IE’s App Store product page.

Official driver-theory information

For booking, eligibility, official test rules and current road-safety information, use the Road Safety Authority’s theory-test page. Teoria IE cannot access official bookings or results.
